There are yet even more uplifting, and incredibly exciting real estate news stories pumping out of Boston. In roughly a years time, there are plans tabbed for a new building that will consist of the first two floors being a 10,000 square foot Chanel retail store, with the above four floors dedicated to condominiums.

The location you ask? It is going to be on the bustling Newbury Street in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. At an address of 4-6 Newbury Street, residents will enjoy the most luxurious living spaces in an area full of the top restaurants, businesses and shopping options around.

Currently, there is a parking garage in this very expensive plot of land. Therefore it was with the strong initiatives of an Irish developer, Aidan Brooks, to head the project. Mr. Brooks has shared that there will be two 2-bedroom duplexes, and four 3-bedroom as well as four 4-bedroom units.

What will soon be known as No. 6 Newbury or Chanel No. 6, the anticipated commanding prices to be placed on these condos is looking to be range from roughly $3.5-$6 million. The location and quality of expected finishing’s to blame for these large price tags, it still comes as no doubt in my mind that these homes will be the next big ticket place in the Back Bay that will entice even the most discerning of buyer.
