About Spruce Peak
Nestled between the slopes and Spruce Peak Village, One Spruce Peak is the pinnacle of alpine living in Stowe, Vermont. On the heels of a $34 million sell out of Spruce Peak Village Townhomes, the new property will be the third major luxury residential development in the past four years at the luxury slopeside destination. One Spruce Peak is slated to break ground in Spring 2019, with an estimated completion date of December 2020.
One Spruce Peak will feature 27 ski-in/ski-out luxury mountain retreats consisting of five three-and-four-bedroom townhomes (3,500 SF), 13 three-bedroom residences (2,560 SF), six four-bedroom residences (2,701 SF), and three 5-bedroom penthouses (4,500 SF). Units will start at $2 million; penthouses will begin at $7 million.
